We’ve simplified the way you edit your appointment details and if you use Automatic Checkoutyou will now see alerts when there's an issue with the card on file. 


EDIT APPOINTMENT DETAILS

  • Edit the appointment time and duration by tapping the "Edit" button across from the date. 
  • Add services and edit the total cost by tapping the "Edit" button across from Details

 

 

CHECKOUT STATUS

  • You’ll see a countdown to when the appointment will check out automatically below the Total.

 

CHECKOUT ALERTS 

  • If there's an issue with the checkout, you'll see an error message below the Payment Method
  • Tap the “i” button next to the error message to get specific information about why the error occurred and what to do next.



  • To update the card on file, tap Payment MethodYou may need to contact your client to get their updated card information.
