Had a great experience with your stylist, nail tech, or barber and want to brag about them? Perfect, StyleSeat allows clients to leave reviews for their Pro once the appointment has been completed. This is a great way to share your experience with the community and give your professional props for their excellent service!
Leave a Review:
From the StyleSeat website, log into your account and then go to the "My Appointments" section under the menu in the upper left-hand corner. Here you'll find a list of your completed appointments. Open the appointment you want to review and then click "Review" - that's it!
Oops! Left five-stars but forgot to sing your Pro's praises with a written review? No worries, you have 30 days to edit a review you've left from the appointment date:
- Use your text message link to edit a past review.
- Once you leave a new review the old one will be replaced.
Reviews cannot be deleted, only edited. Also, Guest booked appointments will only have the option to leave a star rating, they will not be able to leave a written review.
