How it Works

• Book and complete appointments. Only completed appointments count towards your reward - cancellations and no-shows don't count
• Unlock rewards. Hit the target number of visits and you'll receive a promotion to use on a future appointment
• Stay signed in. You need a StyleSeat account to earn and redeem.

Additional Details

• Only logged-in clients who complete appointments are eligible
• Number of completed appointments and the discount amount vary depending on your professional
• When you hit the goal, we'll automatically send you a coupon to use on your next appointment
• Flexible terms. Pros can pause, end, or tweak the program anytime
• Selective exclusions. Consultations or special sessions can be left out at your pro's discretion

How to View Your Loyalty Program Progress and Rewards

Go to Account Settings > Loyalty Program

Once you are in the Loyalty Program tab, you can view the following:

• Professionals you've booked with that offer loyalty rewards
• Tracked progress towards your reward
• Review the discount amount you can earn with each professional that offers rewards
• Redeem your rewards - simply click on "redeem" once your reward is ready!
