Booking an appointment on StyleSeat is super easy! 

  • You can search for the service you're looking for and your location. For example, if you're looking for braids in San Antonio type in braids and San Antonio in the search bar.

NOTE: Please be sure to put in your specific zip code when searching for pros in order to get the most relevant results based on your location. Doing a general search for a city can sometimes lead to finding professionals that are located further than you would like to travel for your appointment.

  • The search results will show you a list of pros who match your search. You can check out their reviews, prices, location, and services on their profiles to help narrow down the list. 

  • Once you've selected the service, click on the service name and a window will pop up showing you that pro's calendar and availability - choose one and you're all set and ready to book!

Why do I need a card to put the appointment?

A card is required to pay the booking fee and hold your appointment time. Your card will not be charged until the day of the appointment. 

What if I booked with a professional that is too far away?

Best practice is to confirm location prior to booking so you are confident that you will be able to reach the location. If you did make a mistake and are still outside of the 24-hour window before the appointment, you can cancel the appointment without incurring a fee. If it is within 24-hours, you may have to pay a late-cancel fee. However, you can always reach out to your professional to see if they are able to accommodate you with waiving the fee.

Why can't I view my appointment in my appointments tab?

If you booked the appointment as a guest or if you have only pro-booked appointments, they will not appear in the appointments tab in your client account. We recommend booking through a client account for the easiest appointment management all in one place.
