There are 6 reasons that might explain why you’re having trouble signing into the StyleSeat app
- The username or password you are using may be incorrect. Double-check them both and try again.
- When signing up your original login email may have had a typo and you need to reset it once you are logged into your account.
- Passwords are case-sensitive, so ensure that you have entered them correctly.
- The email linked to your account in our backend may need to be updated. Please contact Support for assistance and we can update your email and you can request another code.
- The reset password email may be in your junk or spam folder.
- You may have opted out of receiving emails from StyleSeat which affects receipt of the password reset email and verification code.
Your account has a professional side with our business tools but also client features that allow you to book with others. There may not be a phone number or SMS opt-in on the client portion of your account. You will need to reach out to Support directly for assistance.
If you wish to receive SMS verification codes in the future, please follow these instructions on the app:
Tap More at the bottom of the screen
Tap Directory
Tap the menu on the upper-left of the screen
Tap MY ACCOUNT
Tap Contact Information
Enter a valid phone number that can receive SMS
Toggle SMS notifications to ON
Tap Save

How long until the verification code expires?
These codes expire within 2hr and if you don't happen to see one within that time frame, please check any spam or junk folder on your email account.
My account is locked from login failures
When your account is locked, this is due to attempting to sign in too many times with the wrong credentials. The account will remain locked for up to 20 minutes. Once the account lock is lifted, click the Forgot your password? link and enter your username to have a password reset link emailed to you.
I’ve requested multiple codes and its not working
When you request multiple codes, you may be entering an expired code. A code expires each time a new one is requested. Please be sure to use the most recent requested code. Sometimes the code will not send after several requests back to back. You may need to reach out to Support after several requests for further assistance.
Why don’t I have the option to receive an SMS verification code?
