By running your beauty business on StyleSeat, you agree to abide by our terms and policies, including our Terms of Service, which we reserve the right to enforce at our sole discretion in order to protect the client platform experience. In the event of repeated or severe violations, we may permanently delist a Pro’s profile from our marketplace so that potential clients will no longer encounter them.

In order to protect our community and business, you must comply with the following behaviors:

1. You cannot use your profile to guide clients off of StyleSeat or communicate false information. This includes links and requests to book with another platform, and requests that clients do not book your services on StyleSeat.
2. If you are opted in to New Client Connections (NCC), you must accept or decline your new clients within 24 hours. 
3. Do not repeatedly cancel NCC appointments that you have already accepted. 
4. Accepted NCC appointments cannot include a change in service price or appointment cost that is significantly less than the original booked amount (for example, a $40 haircut cannot go to $5). 
5. For New Client Connections and Smart Priced appointments, you must transact with StyleSeat Payments.
6. If you are a Pro on the Basic Plan, all your appointments must go through StyleSeat payments.
7. You cannot use the messaging feature to nudge clients off platform. This includes sending them your personal phone number, personal website, or other booking platforms
