NOTE: The File must be in a CSV or Excel spreadsheet format.
Exporting Client Information:
To export client information, please follow these steps:
Access your Square Dashboard
In the left-hand menu, select Customer Directory
Choose Import/Export and then click Export Customers
Select All Customers
Click Export to generate your report.
Finally, click Download to save the file
Exporting Upcoming Appointment Information:
To export upcoming appointment information, please follow these steps:
Go to your Square Dashboard
In the left-hand menu, select Appointments
Click on Settings
Choose History
Finally, click Export on the upper left side
NOTE: Repeated appointments are not included in the file export. Please indicate any repeating appointments manually to our team.
Exporting Product Inventory:
To export your products from Square, please follow these steps:
Access your Square Dashboard
In the left-hand menu, select Items & Orders
Click on Items
Choose Item Library
Click Export Library
Apply your desired filters, then click Export (ensure to export as a CSV file)
Exporting Your Services:
To export your services from Square, please follow these steps:
Access your Square Dashboard
In the left-hand menu, select Items & Orders
Click on Items
Choose Service Library. You can either:
Take photos of your Service Library to share with us, and include any additional details, like whether your services should be visible on your online booking site
Select or highlight all services, then press 'Ctrl+C' to copy the data > Open Excel and press 'Ctrl+V' to paste the information > Save the Excel file
