Sunsetting The Basic Plan

To ensure every Pro has the best chance to grow and earn more, we are shifting our resources to expand our Premium offerings. As a result, the Basic Plan will no longer be available after March 17, 2025. 


We understand this change may be an adjustment, but we’re here to help make the transition as smooth as possible.


What does this mean for my current subscription?

The Basic Plan will no longer be available starting March 17, 2025. If you’d like to continue using StyleSeat to manage your business, you will need to upgrade to the Premium Plan prior to this date.

What happens if I don’t upgrade?

If you do not upgrade by March 17, 2025, you will no longer show up in search and won’t be able to receive new bookings. To ensure uninterrupted access, we recommend upgrading as soon as possible.


How do I upgrade to the Premium Plan?

Upgrading is quick and easy! Here’s how:

  1. Log into your StyleSeat account

  2. Click More

  3. Choose Account

  4. Navigate to Plan & Billing Details

  5. Select Upgrade to the Premium Plan


I don’t want to upgrade. How do I cancel?
