How Does Pricing Work?
  • $35 monthly subscription  - List your business and get exposure to the millions of clients who search on StyleSeat. Build your brand, showcase your work, and start getting profile views.
  • 2.75% standard payment processing fee on all appointments - Charge clients seamlessly through the app with a hands-free checkout experience. Get your money instantly, directly to your bank account. No unreliable swipers, no confusing credit card fees.
  • 30% on bookings where StyleSeat helps you grow - When StyleSeat sends you a new client through our New Client Connection program, we’ll keep 30% of the first appointment with each new client we bring you through these marketing efforts. This 30% will then be invested back into your growing business so we can continue to send new, high-quality clients your way.
  • 5.50% on bookings where StyleSeat helps you make more on your popular time slots - Some days and times are busier than others, and we want you to make the most for your popular times. When a client goes to book one of these times, we’ll see if they are willing to pay 20% more to secure that time. If they do, we take 5.50% of that increased total.
How Do Payments Work?

On our Premium Plan, one of the things that $35 subscription pays for is the option to customize your experience and take payments however you need. You have the option to use StyleSeat Payments to let checkouts happen automatically, as well as the option to take cash or other outside payment methods. Help keep things simple by having everything all in one place.


  • When you sign up, you’ll link your bank account so we can send your payouts straight to you
  • Your money will be deposited directly to your bank the following business day or you can choose to get paid instantly through Instant Payouts.
  • When clients book you online, they’ll add a credit card to secure their appointment. 
  • When the appointment is over, you can decide whether they’ll be charged automatically through the app with our hands-free checkout. We’ll even send them a message later, so they can add a tip.
  • You have the option to allow clients to pay outside of our payment system, ie: cash, PayPal, Venmo, etc.
  • You can track your payments and extra earnings through the deposits tab
  • Analyze your business growth with Revenue Reporting. With our latest reporting tool, you can view your past earnings by day, week, month, and year to see how your business is performing over time. Compare your total revenue, tips, fees, and historical data for complete insight into your revenue patterns.

Can I turn off the features I don’t want?


Absolutely! On the Premium Plan, part of what you’re paying for with that $35 upfront subscription each month is the option to customize your profile more specifically to what you need. If you don’t want or need a feature like New Client Connection or Smart Pricing, we can opt you out or back in at any time to make sure you get what you need from your profile!
