How to set your business location and phone number

1. Log into your StyleSeat account, tap Menu, then tap Online Booking & Profile.

3. Tap Business Info

4. Edit the Name, Address, Phone number, or any other relevant information, and tap Save

If you are a professional that doesn’t have a set location and travels to complete your appointments you have the option to toggle on the Mobile Business button.

NOTE: If you're connected to a salon or other business, your address will be locked to that business. If you are leaving a business and becoming an independent Pro, please visit our StyleSeat Help Center.

What if I work remotely? I’m a traveling stylist.

If you are a traveling stylist, you are able to update that by toggling on Mobile Business.

What if I don’t want my address visible on my profile?

Having your address visible allows ease for clients that book with you. It will also decrease the back-and-forth with your clients prior to their scheduled appointment.

If I change my address, does it update immediately?

Any changes to your address or contact information should appear instantly on your profile

What is the difference between a salon number and a personal number?

Some professionals may prefer to coordinate with clients via a designated business/salon number over handing out their personal cell information. You are free to add both to your account and select your preferred contact method inside of your account settings. Please note, you can also specify which number you would like to receive important SMS’ related to appointments, payments, and other account updates from StyleSeat. This number can either be your business/salon number, personal cell, or another secondary number.

Which number is associated with my notifications from StyleSeat?

You have the option of using your preferred number for notifications by entering it on the line labeled SMS Notifications Phone Number
