How To Select Your Calendar View

Tap on the arrow next to the month to display your monthly calendar and select how you'd like to view your schedule. 


You can sort by:

WEEK: gives you a top-level view of your appointments throughout the week.

3 DAY: lets you take a closer look that day and a couple of days ahead.

DAY: view lets you see more information about each appointment.




You can also jump a few weeks ahead or select a day to quickly view past or future appointments or use the arrows at the top to move between months. On a browser, you have the option to click Today to go back to today's appointments. On the app, just tap the Calendar on the bottom of the page to return to where you started.



Managing Your Availability

We know how important it is for your calendar to be up to date and customizable based on your schedule. You can set your general availability, vacations, and your business hours via your account on StyleSeat.


Tap on the three dots on the top right hand corner of your screen, and then tap Manage Availability.





Manage Schedule

You can set your general availability and your business hours via your account on StyleSeat.


Adjust Upcoming Hours

You can set your upcoming business hours via your account.


Manage Vacation Time

You can set your vacation time.


Google Calendar Sync

You can sync your Google Calendar to your StyleSeat account. 

Limit How Far in Advance Clients Can Book Your Services

By default, clients can book appointments for any available time in the future. If you want to control how far in advance your clients can book your services, you can now set a limit to only allow bookings within the next 3 months, 6 months, or 1 year in your account settings.


1. Tap Menu

2. Tap Online Booking & Profile



3. Tap Online Booking



4. Use the dropdown menu to customize how far out clients can book appointments, then tap Save

How to Sync Your Google Calendar

You have the ability to Sync Google Calendar into your StyleSeat calendar. NOTE: This is a One-Way Sync


Tap the 3 dots at the top right of the calendar and you can access GOOGLE CALENDAR SYNC on your device.



How To Set Client Appointment Reminder Preferences

We use text messages for appointment reminders, to let clients know we'll be charging their card as well as to give you the opportunity to leave a review for a Pro. 


To edit your client's reminder preferences, just click on the appointment from your calendar, select More. Use the Reminder Preference dropdown to edit this setting.





Using Calendar-View and Drag And Drop Feature

You have the ability to edit your default view and drag and drop your appointments to different dates and times on your StyleSeat calendar.


  1. To adjust these settings:
  2. Tap on Calendar
  3. Tap on the three dots in the upper right corner
  4. Tap on Calendar Settings




NOTE: From here you can change the default view of your calendar from, week, 3 days, or day view. You can also toggle off or on the drag and drop feature.
