Article Summary: We recommend having clients book their own appointments to get the most out of your StyleSeat account. However, if you do need to book or cancel on their behalf, here's how!
How to Book an Appointment
- Click Calendar.
- Click on the empty box for the selected date and time.
- A modal will pop up to create an appointment.
- Fill out all the necessary information and click save.
NOTE: Please be sure to enter a credit card for your client appointments if you intend to charge the appointment on StyleSeat. It is not required to enter a card when you create the appointment for the client, so please be sure that you are able to checkout!
How to Cancel an Appointment
- Click Calendar.
- Click on the appointment.
- Click More.
4. Click cancel appointment.
5. Then you will be prompted to confirm the cancellation.
NOTE: If you had an active NSLC policy in place when the appointment was booked and a card was entered on the client's appointment, a modal will pop up asking if you would like to waive or charge the late-cancel fee if you are attempting to cancel within 24-hours of the appointment start time.
