We use text messages for appointment reminders, to let you know we'll be charging your card, if your card is declined, and to give you the opportunity to leave a review for your Pro. Below are instructions on how to keep your text message settings up to date.

 

Opt-in or Out-out of SMS

1. Tap on the menu on the top left of your screen

2. Go to "My Account" > "Contact Information"

3. Toggle SMS notifications "ON" to receive messages

        

4. Tap "Save" to finalize changes

 

Change Your Phone Number

1. Tap on the menu on the top left of your screen

2. Go to "My Account" > "Contact Information"

3. Edit your number under "Mobile Phone"

 

 

4. Tap "Save" to finalize changes
