On the night of 2/13/2024, we experienced a minor technical issue that resulted in some customers receiving unexpected SMS messages. 


We apologize for the inconvenience and any concern this may have caused. 


To provide clarity on the situation we created this document to answer some frequently asked questions.

Has my data been compromised? 

We take your data and privacy very seriously and can assure you that your personal and account information has not been compromised. This was a technical issue with our SMS system, and your data remains secure.


Did someone open an account in my name? 

No, receiving a text message does not indicate that an unauthorized account was opened in your name. The messages were sent due to a technical glitch with our SMS system that has been resolved. 


How do you have my contact information? 

Your service professional uses our software to send appointment reminders, allow for seamless online booking and communication, and manage other facets of their business. To do so, your service professional uploaded the contact information you provided them into our secure system. 


Has the issue been resolved? 

Yes, as of the writing of this FAQ, the issue has been resolved. If you are still experiencing SMS issues, please contact Customer Support.
