How to send a message
You can message your professional through the Message button on their profile. Once clicked, you will be directed to a message screen to write and send your message directly from the app/mobile web.
How to view a message - go to your messaging inbox
You can view your sent messages from the Inbox icon at the bottom bar on your screen. Once clicked, this icon will direct you to your message inbox. If a professional responds to your message, you will see a notification alerting you of an unanswered message next to the Inbox icon.

If a professional violates our Terms Of Service regarding communication on the app, you can report the pro to Support by clicking the “Report” icon inside of the message thread.
