There may be times you need to issue a refund to a client. If you charged your client via StyleSeat payments, you can quickly refund them the full or a partial amount. Refunds can take 5-10 days to appear on the client's statement depending on their bank.
Issue Full or Partial Refunds
On your Calendar, select the appointment you'd like to refund:
Tap into the appointment and tap refund:
Enter the amount you'd like to refund:
Select a reason and add notes (optional):
Tap "Submit", and you'll see a summary of the refund details:
Refund a Late Cancellation Fee
Go to "Clients" and search for the client's name
Find their appointment
Click on the "Refund" button below the appointment
Fill out the refund information and click "Submit"
