How to view your Messaging inbox
You can now view messages from clients by clicking the chat icon at the top of your screen to navigate to your messaging inbox.
NOTE: messages are currently only available to view through the app and mobile web
How to respond to a message
After clicking into your message inbox you will be able to view and respond to messages. You will see a list of all your messages with a preview of the client's name and response.

How will I know when a client has sent a message?
When you receive a message, you’ll see a notification in your inbox (Inbox is located at the top of your screen). Depending on your notification settings, you will be alerted by push or SMS of a new message.
How can I reach out to a client?
Currently, clients will need to send a message to you first. If you already have a conversation started with your client, find their chat in your inbox. By clicking on the message, you will be able to view the full chat history with that specific client and add any new messages.
How do clients message me?
Clients can message you through the Message button on your profile. Clients also have an inbox so they can easily view messages with you.
My inbox has not updated to the new Messaging feature — how do I get it?
Reach out to Customer Support, and we’ll get you set up right away.
How do I report a client's message(s)?
If a client violates our Terms Of Service regarding communication on the app, you can report the client to Support by clicking the “Report” icon inside of the message thread.
