StyleSeat Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions


1. Program Overview

From time to time, select Pros may choose to offer a loyalty points program (each, a “Program”) in which Clients accrue loyalty points (“Points”) on eligible bookings with that Pro and may redeem Points (with that same Pro only) for rewards as defined by the Pro.


2. Definitions

“Pro” means a service provider registered on StyleSeat who elects to offer a Program.


“Client” means an individual who books services through StyleSeat and participates in a Pro’s Program.


“Points” means the loyalty currency earned by Clients for eligible bookings.


“Rewards” means the discount, credit, service, or other benefit a Pro makes available for redemption of Points.


3. Participation & Acceptance

These Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions (“Loyalty Program Terms”) are incorporated into the StyleSeat, Inc. (“StyleSeat”) Terms of Service For Clients (“Terms For Clients”) and are subject to and governed by the Terms For Clients, including without limitation the dispute resolution process.  Participation in any Program (i.e., earning or redeeming Points) constitutes Client acceptance of and agreement to be bound by these Loyalty Program Terms and of any additional Program rules published by the Pro (whether on the Pro’s StyleSeat profile, in-app, or via direct link). You must have a StyleSeat account, be eighteen (18) years of age or older and have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in order to participate in a Program. 


4. Program Mechanics


4.1 Earning Points:

 Pros set their own accrual rate (e.g., 1 Point per $1 spent), and may exclude taxes, tips, gift cards, specific services, or cancelled appointments.


4.2 Redeeming Points:

Pros define minimum redemption thresholds and the form of Reward (e.g., dollar credit toward a future booking). 

Points or Rewards may not be combined with other offers or promotions unless specified otherwise. Points are non-transferable and valid only with the issuing Pro and cannot be combined or transferred between Pros. Rewards have no cash value and may not be exchanged for cash unless expressly stated.


5. Program Modification & Discontinuation

 Each Pro may modify, suspend, or terminate its Program at any time, for any reason, with or without notice to Clients. StyleSeat is not responsible for any change, suspension, or termination by a Pro. Where practicable, Pros will provide Clients at least 14 days’ notice prior to termination of a Program or significant changes to Reward values or redemption rules.


6. Point Expiration & Forfeiture

 Pros may set an expiration date or activity requirement for Points (for example, forfeiture after 12 months of inactivity). Clients forfeit any expired or cancelled Points.


7. Fraud & Abuse

 StyleSeat reserves the right to investigate suspected fraud or abuse. If fraud is detected, StyleSeat may suspend Program functionality for the affected Pro or Client account, and all disputed Points may be forfeited.


8. Data & Privacy

 All personal data collected or processed in connection with a Program is governed by StyleSeat’s Privacy Policy. Pros are independently responsible for any data they collect off-platform. StyleSeat does not monitor or control any data collection or processing by Pros outside the StyleSeat platform. Clients are advised to review any third-party privacy practices independently.


9. Tax & Reporting

 Clients are solely responsible for any tax reporting or liability associated with earning or redeeming Points or Rewards. StyleSeat does not provide tax advice. Clients are encouraged to consult with a tax professional to determine any applicable obligations. StyleSeat shall have no responsibility for reporting or withholding requirements associated with Program participation.


10. Disclaimer of Liability

 StyleSeat is not a party to any Pro’s Program and shall have no liability for any aspect of a Program, including but not limited to Points accrual, redemption of Rewards, Program modifications, suspensions, terminations, or any disputes arising between Pros and Clients. All claims or disputes must be resolved directly between the Pro and the Client. StyleSeat makes no guarantees regarding the operation, availability, fairness, or fulfillment of any Loyalty Program and disclaims all warranties, express or implied. Programs are offered ‘as-is’ by the applicable Pro.


11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from a Program will be resolved according to StyleSeat’s dispute resolution process and governing law, as set out in the Terms For Clients.

By participating in a Pro’s loyalty Program, you acknowledge that StyleSeat merely provides the infrastructure and does not itself control Program terms, issuance of Points, or availability of Rewards.
