How Do I Save My Clients Card
Client booked appointment:
When a client books an appointment (from a client account, see note for guest bookings), the card they entered to book will be saved as their default payment. If no changes are made, that will be the card charged for their service after their appointment. If you book another appointment for them, the same card will appear as the default.
Pro booked appointment:
When you book an appointment for your client, you will need to manually enter in their credit card information. If you do not enter a card at the time of booking, you'll need to do so prior to checkout in order to checkout the client through StyleSeat payments. If you enter a card at the time of booking, this will be the default payment for that client and will be saved for future appointments.
NOTE: If an appointment is booked from a guest account the card entered will only be able to be charged for that appointment. Saving a card for future appointments is not an option for guest booked appointments.
What if I Need to Change the Card
- From the appointment details screen, tap Edit next to the payment method
- Tap Update
- Enter the new card information
- Tap Save Card
