Article Summary: Since many of our pros have a No-Show/Late Cancellation policy set on their accounts, you may need to have a credit card on file to book with them. You can add or update your card on file through your client account. You cannot delete the credit card on file if you have an upcoming appointment booked.
Add or Update Your Credit Card:
- Click Menu
- Click My Account.
- Click Payment Method.
- Click Add New Card
- Enter your card information and click Save.
Remove a Card
Please keep in mind if you have an upcoming appointment, you will have to cancel the appointment first if there isn’t another card on file before you can delete your card.
- Click menu.
- Click My Account.
- Click Payment Method.
- Tap the card you'd like to remove and then click Delete.
Change Default Card
You can have multiple cards on file and choose which one you would like to use.
- Click the menu.
- Click My Account.
- Click Payment Method.
- Tap the card you'd like to use and click Make This My Default Card.
