Since many of our pros have a No-Show/Late Cancellation policy set on their accounts, you may need to have a credit card on file to book with them. You can add or update your card on file via the My Account section on our site or Android app (note, credit cards cannot be updated via the iPhone app so you'll need to use your mobile or desktop browser to update). You cannot delete the credit card on file if you have an upcoming appointment booked.

To add or update your credit card, please follow the steps below: 

Via your Android app (credit cards are not able to be edited via the iPhone app at this time):

  1. Tap the menu icon in the top left corner of your screen 
  2. Go to "My Account" > "Payment Method" > "Add New Card"
  3. Enter your card information and select "Save"

Remove a Card

Please keep in mind if you have an upcoming appointment you will have to cancel the appointment first if there isn’t another card on file before you can delete your card.

  1. Tap the menu icon in the top left corner of your screen 
  2. Go to "My Account" > "Payment Method"
  3. Tap the card you'd like to remove and then select "Delete"

Change Default Card

You can have multiple cards on file and choose which one you would like to use. 

  1. Tap the menu icon in the top left corner of your screen 
  2. Go to "My Account" > "Payment Method"
  3. Tap the card you'd like to use and click "Use This Card"
