Here’s how default tipping works: 

We provide clients with a 24-hour window to leave a tip for their appointment. 

  • An automated text and an email notification are sent to the client after their appointment is checked out
  • It contains a link allowing the client to customize their tip option
  • If the client does not respond to the notification, their default tip will be applied

Here’s how to manually check out with a tip:

  • Once the appointment is over, select the appointment from your calendar
  • Check out the client
  • Hand your client your device so they can sign and leave a tip
  • They’ll be emailed and texted a copy of their receipt
