How To Send a Custom Mass Email Campaign to Your Clients

In an industry that relies so much on the relationship between professionals and their clients, we want to make sure you have whatever tools you need in order to communicate with your clients. One of these tools that we offer is our Marketing Campaign emailing tool. 


If you have an upcoming promotion or special coming up you want clients to know are coming up, or have any sort of other updates like changes to your hours that clients should be aware of, you can use an email campaign to send out those updates.


How to Send an Email Campaign


1. Tap Menu


2. Tap Marketing Suite


3. Tap Email Marketing



4. Tap Create Email Campaign to start your campaign setup


Congratulations, you just finished and sent out a fully customized email campaign to your selected group of clients! 


Once the campaign has been sent out, you can:

  • View the email
  • Duplicate Campaign
  • Resend Campaign to Non-Openers
  • Delete the Campaign
  • Check on the results, to see how your clients are interacting with it


NOTE: You can view your recent sent campaigns under the main Email Marketing dashboard


How to Customize an Email Campaign


Our email marketing feature allows you to create a fully customizable email campaign to your clients. When creating an email campaign, you can specify:


  • Email subject line
  • Title
  • Image
  • Message
  • Include "Book Now" button linked to your profile


NOTE: You can edit and adjust images using our edit image feature



Set Up Campaign Send List


Select your target audience by the following groups:

  • All Clients
  • Clients who booked
  • Clients who never booked
  • Booked in Last 4 Weeks
  • Booked in Last 8 Weeks
  • Booked in Last 12 Weeks
  • Booked in Last 18 Weeks


How to Monitor an Email Campaign


Once your emails have gone out to your clients, you’ll want to be able to go back to see how the campaign is doing. Are clients receiving them, and once they do are they opening and reading them? Are they going in to book an appointment once they read your email?


Well, you can see all of that in one place right from the Email Marketing page! Just click Menu in the bottom right corner of your screen, then click on Email Marketing under Tools. From here, you’ll see info on any of the past campaigns you’ve sent out including:


  • Email Name (the name of the campaign you selected, not the subject line the clients see)
  • Date and time the campaign was sent
  • How many clients it was sent to
  • How many emails were delivered
  • How many emails were opened
  • How many times your link in the email was clicked
  • How many appointments were booked by clients coming through the email


You can also filter your view of previous campaigns by:

  • Status: All, Draft, Sent, and Scheduled
  • Sort by: Date Created (Newest to Oldest), Date Created (Oldest to Newest), Campaign Name (A-Z), Campaign Name (Z-A)
