How It Works

  • Only logged-in clients who complete appointments are eligible
  • You choose how many completed appointments are required
  • You set the discount amount they'll receive once they qualify
  • When a client hits the goal, we'll automatically send them a coupon to use on their next appointment


How To Setup


Go to Menu > Marketing Suite > Loyalty Program



Toggle ON the Loyalty Program and select your custom settings.


You can customize the following:

  • Number of completed appointments needed for discount
  • Discount Amount (% or $)



Click Save

How do I make changes? 

You can make changes to the program in the Loyalty Program settings page.


Can I make changes to the program anytime?

Yes, you can go into your settings and adjust the program any time!


Will the changes affect clients who are currently in the program?

Your changes won't affect any clients who are currently in the middle of a loyalty round. They'll contiue earning rewards based on your original settings. Once they finish their current program, they'll automatically switch to your updated Loyalty program settings.


What happens if I turn off the program?

If you would like to turn off your program, you will have the ability to turn it off, or allow your clients to keep their progress and receive a reward.


If you opt to turn off your program for all clients, there is a 14 days window wehre clients will be able to still earn and use rewards, new clients will not be able to enroll.
