StyleSeat is dedicated to connecting you with top professionals, and we offer a variety of promotions to help you save along the way. To make sure you get the most out of these discounts, here are a few important details to keep in mind.

Discount Eligibility

Some of our discounts are designed for clients booking with a professional through StyleSeat’s New Client Connection program. However, there are certain situations where our system may not recognize you as a “new client,” even if this is your first appointment with a particular professional. This can happen if:

• You’ve previously communicated with the professional
• You’ve booked with them before (even if the appointment was canceled)
• You’ve favorited them in your account
• You’ve clicked on their VIP link in the past

If any of these apply to you, the discount may not be applied to your appointment. We understand this can be frustrating, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

How Discounts Are Applied

Discounts are applied once your appointment has been completed and paid for through the StyleSeat platform. If your professional processes the payment through StyleSeat, the discount will be automatically deducted. When you pay in cash or with another payment method outside of StyleSeat, the discount will not be applied.

NOTE: Once your appointment has been checked out, we are unable to apply any discounts retroactively. To make sure you receive the discount, please ensure all criteria are met before checking out.

Canceled or Rescheduled Appointments

If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled, any discount or incentive applied to that booking will be removed and cannot be applied to a future booking with the same professional.
